Star Wars Outlaws is back with a new 2GB patch.

After receiving average reviews last month, with a 68/100 score on OpenCritic, Ubisoft is working to fix some of the issues players faced at launch.

One of the main complaints from reviewers was the game's bugs and technical problems. Tristan Ogilvie from IGN even called it "a bucket of bolts held together with spare parts, likely to break down," giving it a 7/10.

In the patch notes for the 1.1.2 update, Ubisoft said they’re focusing on “fixing crashes and improving stability” for all platforms and improving performance on PC.

The update also includes bug fixes for key quests, like the “Hyperspace” quest, which previously wouldn’t let players take off after starting.

The patch notes mention that several NPCs will now have idle animations that looks like an unusual thing to add this late, but at least it's being included.

Stealth has also been improved in this patch, with changes to how easily you're detected and how likely you are to be spotted while rolling. These updates likely came after many players complained about certain stealth missions.

There are also several graphical improvements, like support for ultra-wide monitors during cutscenes, better graphics with ray tracing, and adjustments to motion blur settings on consoles.

However, the main focus of this patch is the bug fixes. So, if you were frustrated by broken quests before, now might be a good time to give the game another try, as the patch is available on all platforms.
