Outlaws is an upcoming Star Wars game set that Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment develop. This game will finally allow players to fulfil their scoundrel dream by putting them in command of Kay Vess, an outlaw and thief who intends to carry out the largest heist in the Outer Rim.
In Star Wars Outlaws, the primary setting is an open world with multiple planets that players can travel to and several factions filled with enemies that can be fought using skills acquired by Kay.
During the gamers’ time, players will be urged to find special characters named ‘Experts. ’ Just as in Dragon’s Dogma 2, these ‘Experts’ teach Kay something new based on the character’s occupation. Many skills may be taught in the Saga universe for Kay to acquire. Only a limited number of potential is shown for now, although there may be more in the future by the time the Star Wars Outlaws is released on August 30, 2024.

Kay's Basic Melee Skill Is ‘Cantina Brawling’
Grappling is one of the most spartan abilities that Kay can learn in combat, and it is called Cantina Brawling. Based on what has been unveiled thus far, one can only assume that Kay’s Cantina Brawling skill will be another talent acquired by the players during the early stages of Star Wars Outlaws. Massive Entertainment disclosed that Kay “grew up brawling in cantinas.” Therefore, the first ability players are expected to master is Cantina Brawling, which is identified as an essential melee skill for her.
Kay Uses ‘Lockpicking’ To Open Doors And Containers
Kay can open locked doors and sealed containers as a skill. Lockpicking is a well-known ability found in action-adventure and role-playing games, so it fits perfectly within the scope of the Star Wars Outlaws.
Kay Has The ‘Slicing’ Skills To Hack Computers
In Star Wars Outlaws, she can hack computers with her slicing skills. Though it is most likely that the skill is known as “Slicing” because of the gameplay footage, there is a hacking mini-game in which the options that are visible at the bottom of the screen include ‘Slicing subroutines,’ and this is where Kay acts.
Kay Can Temporarily Distract Alerted Enemies With Her ‘Fast-Talk’
Fast-Talk is likely the most unheroic ability that has been unlocked for Star Wars Outlaws up to now, in that it gives a suddenly alerted gang member or stern-looking law officer thirty seconds to drink with Kay while they glare at each other. If players manage to provoke enemies, they can use the Fast-Talk skill. It is also characteristic of Han Solo; thus, it fits perfectly in the Outlaws.
Kay Can Target Several Enemies At Once With Her Unnamed ‘Dead-Eye’ Skill
Everyone certainly knows that Red Dead Redemption heavily influenced Star Wars Outlaws, and it is not a secret that Massive Entertainment is happy about it. On looking at Outlaws and specifically at ‘Dead-Eye,’ it looks like Kay can freeze time for a moment or two, select numerous enemies, and then shoot at them, one at a time, all the while hitting his mark every single time the customary ‘unfreezing’ happens. Unfortunately, the name of the skill has not been disclosed yet.
