Three Star Wars Movies May Release in 2026 and 2027: Disney
Apart from the list, Star Wars has a list of other projects waiting to be released.
Disney has released its third-quarter investor presentation, which reveals the media company’s three Star Wars movies coming in 2026 and 2027. The list includes already-announced The Mandalorian & Grogu.
Although several recent reports claim that several Star Wars projects are in development, little information is available about them. Also, Disney has not confirmed anything concrete about its upcoming projects, except the recent presentation on three films for 2026-27.
There are high chances that Mandalorian & Grogu will be the first title among the three to hit the theaters. However, there isn’t any information about the film being filmed.
Earlier, there were speculations that Disney had a long list of projects - except series/TV shows. As the media company wasn’t announcing anything, fans weren’t sure whether they should expect something exciting.
Recently, Disney announced the release date for an untitled Star Wars movie: Dec. 17, 2027.
Apart from these three films, Disney has a number of upcoming Star Wars projects, including Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, Star Wars: Andor (Season 2), etc.
