Our Story
ARTSABERS, a global business founded initially in Latvia in 2020, was created by a Star Wars fan who lived the fantasy for a long time. In 2024, ARTSABERS was acquired and is now run by the Nerdworks – a group of brands catering to video gaming, Warhammer and Star Wars interests.
As ARTSABERS enters a new era under the ownership of Nerdworks, we are excited to use our experience and knowledge to take ARTSABERS to the next level. We will work to take ARTSABERS from being one of the top destinations for all things lightsabers…to THE Star Wars lightsaber and helmet retailer.
Why ARTSABERS ?
As we see it, the biggest issue with purchasing high-quality sabers is the fact the entire industry is based on dropshipping. At Nerdworks, we hate dropshipping. It’s slow, things get lost and broken and it’s a nightmare when something breaks.
As fans, we have experienced delivery issues too many times. This is why, from May 2025, we will have stock of over 200 models of sabers and helmets in the USA, and the UK with our European brand Saber 66. We will be able to provide a saber shopping experience to Star Wars fans, unlike anyone else.
