We ship to all countries. Whether you’re in North America or across the globe, your saber will arrive swiftly with full tracking.

Processing Times

Backorder Items

Backorder items are products we don’t currently hold in stock but will add to our next available inventory replenishment. This is typically every 2 weeks. With processing time at the factories, we typically have the stock in our warehouse within another 7 – 10 days. Processing time in our warehouses is very quick – stock is booked in, orders picked and packed and dispatched within 48 hours.

Tracking Your Order

Once your saber ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Delays & Lost Packages

While rare, delays may occur due to customs or courier handling. If your tracking shows movement, please allow 1 – 2 extra days before contacting us.

We do not offer delivery charge refunds unless we’re responsible for the delay. All refund decisions are at our discretion.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

If you’re located in the USA or Canada and your item is in stock, your order will ship from our U.S. warehouse, meaning no duties or customs charges apply — this is considered a domestic shipment.

For customers in the UK or Europe, ARTSABERS orders are fulfilled through our Saber 66 facility in the UK. This ensures faster delivery and avoids customs charges for most EU/UK addresses, as your order ships from within the region.

For other international destinations, we fulfill from our China warehouse using UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We aim to use Duties Paid (DDP) shipping where possible, but some countries may require the recipient to pay VAT or duties prior to delivery.
