History
Anakin Skywalker constructed this blue-bladed lightsaber after losing his previous one during the Battle of Geonosis. He wielded it throughout the Clone Wars, leading clone troopers against the Separatist Droid Army on numerous battlefronts. Notably, Anakin used this lightsaber in his duel against Count Dooku, where he ultimately defeated the Sith Lord.
Following his fall to the dark side and transformation into Darth Vader, Anakin continued to use this weapon until his fateful duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar. After defeating Anakin, Obi-Wan took the lightsaber and later passed it on to Anakin’s son, Luke Skywalker, marking the beginning of its legacy as the Skywalker lightsaber.
