The trade
What it is
The light source leaves the hilt. A strip of addressable lights runs the length of the blade, and the board drives each of them separately.
What it buys you
The blade gains behaviour a lit tube cannot have — ignition that climbs it, flares where it is struck — with smooth swing and a larger stock sound library.
What it costs you
What you can change is wide, and it is chosen — from banks the board already carries. The sound font library is fixed at what ships.
Xenopixel V3 or SNV4 PRO
Xenopixel V3 carries the larger stock font library. On blade colours, programmability, smooth swing and Bluetooth the two are identical. That one number is the whole of the difference.
