History
Cere Junda, a former Jedi Knight, survived the Great Jedi Purge and later mentored Cal Kestis, a young Padawan in hiding. After Cal’s lightsaber was destroyed, Cere entrusted him with her own weapon, which he used to construct a new, double-bladed lightsaber.
This act symbolised the passing of knowledge and the enduring bond between master and apprentice. The combined lightsaber became a testament to their shared struggle against the Empire and their commitment to restoring hope in the galaxy.
