The Starkiller SE Lightsaber delivers a streamlined and accessible take on the iconic saber seen in The Force Unleashed. With its bold silver-and-black chassis and distinct ridged grip, this version preserves the commanding look of the original while offering a simplified, budget-friendly design. The exposed kyber crystal has been removed for a cleaner silhouette and greater practicality in everyday use, making it ideal for both collectors and duelists seeking a reliable variant of this legendary weapon.
Equipped with the advanced SNV4 PRO core, this lightsaber boasts a vibrant Neopixel blade capable of displaying a wide spectrum of customisable colours. Users can immerse themselves in 27 pre-installed sound fonts, delivering an authentic auditory experience. Additional features include smooth swing motion detection for realistic sound modulation, flash-on-clash effects for dynamic combat simulation, multiple ignition and blade effects, gesture controls for intuitive operation, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended use. The saber also supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing for personalisation via the “ForcePark V2” app available on iOS and Android platforms.
History
First introduced in the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed video game series, the Starkiller lightsaber belonged to Galen Marek, Darth Vader’s secret apprentice. The saber reflected Starkiller’s raw power and evolving identity, featuring an unstable red blade and a design that combined elegance with brutal intensity. Its iconic exposed kyber crystal became a symbol of his unorthodox training and inner conflict as he shifted from the dark side toward redemption.
This SE version pays tribute to Starkiller’s legacy while refining the design for real-world practicality. Without the exposed crystal chamber, the hilt gains a more unified and ergonomic structure, better suited for everyday handling and display. With its faithful aesthetics and modernized construction, it stands as a worthy homage to one of the most powerful and conflicted figures in the expanded Star Wars universe.
