It’s been 6 months in the making, and now it’s ready. Back in October 2024, Nerdworks bought ARTSABERS – in case you didn’t know. Ever since, we have been hard at work laying the foundations for the next chapter of ARTSABERS in conjunction with the launch of our European brand, Saber 66.
When Nerdworks bought ARTSABERS, our first task was to decide what the future looked like. We had clear ideas of what we wanted ARTSABERS & Saber 66 to be, and now we have built it. We have over 10 years of experience in the e-commerce world and will use that knowledge to take ARTSABERS from being one of the leading lightsaber retailers to being the number one site – we hope!

New USA Warehouse – Delivery in days, not weeks
The first and biggest change was to sort out delivery times. Yes, shipping directly from the manufacturer is convenient, but is it quick or simple? The answer is no.
Even before buying ARTSABERS, we knew that the first task was to get the orders shipped from North America and have them delivered to you within a matter of days, not the 2 – 3 weeks it can take currently.
Our USA warehouse will open at the start of May. There, we will stock over 1,000 lightsaber hilts, blades and accessories across over 200 models. The full range of helmets will also be in the warehouse for super-speedy delivery.
As an inadvertent bonus, with the turmoil and chaos of tariffs, you will never need to worry about them. We handle everything related to customs and duties when we bring the stock in. This is particularly relevant if the May 2 change comes in, where every order shipped directly from China will need to clear customs and have duties paid by you before it’s delivered! Not with ARTSABERS, that’s all taken care of.
For any item that’s listed as Backorder, it will be shipped to the warehouse as part of our weekly restock. Once in the warehouse, it will be inspected before being shipped on to you, with no shipping or import costs to pay.
All New ARTSABERS Website
The new website is a complete ground-up build. This isn’t a fresh coat of paint or rework; it’s built from scratch. It became evident very quickly that the old site had served its purpose and was in dire need of replacement.
You can enjoy a much better experience with a website that is faster, better organised and has more information. And, it’s all correct and current!

Refreshed Branding
We took the opportunity to refresh the branding and add a bit of colour to it with revised logos and color palettes.
Rebuilt Catalogue
We have rebuilt the catalogue from scratch. It has been completely reorganised so you can find what you need more easily and browse more intuitively.
Catalogue Filters
The store now has a comprehensive set of filters to help you narrow things down and show only what you’re interested in and looking for.
Buy Blades Separately
We’ve split the sabers up so you can now buy just a hilt. Already got a blade? Buy without a blade and save yourself some money!
New & Improved Search
The search engine has had a refresh and now includes categories in the results. It will give more accurate results than before as well.
Plus, the search now has live results that load as you type.

Improvements to customer service
Warranty issues will be addressed more quickly from our USA & UK warehouses.
Order tracking
We’ll be introducing more order statuses so you are better informed on where your order is and when you can expect it.
All new creator partner program
Creators…we haven’t forgotten about you. All new partner program details will be published soon. A new partner program is very different to what you’re used to but we think it’s a bit of a game-changer and something you’ll love.
New & exclusive lightsaber designs
We’ll continue to bring new lightsaber designs throughout 2025. And, we are working on some very exciting new, exclusive designs. More on that soon!
