Production Timeline
Orders have already been placed with our manufacturing partners; however, production has been impacted by the recent Chinese New Year and Spring Festival period. This is one of the busiest times of year for manufacturers, with many factories temporarily closed or operating at reduced capacity.
Due to the exceptionally high volume of orders during this period, production and processing times are currently longer than usual. Many items remain in production, and as a result, tracking information for shipments to our US warehouse is not yet available.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Improvements
Alongside production delays, we identified limitations within the warehouse management system used by our third-party fulfillment partner. The system was not fully optimized for eCommerce operations, which led to delays caused by inventory discrepancies and technical inefficiencies.
To resolve this, we made the decision to transition to a new system designed specifically for modern eCommerce fulfillment. While this transition has taken longer than expected, it is now in its final stages.
This improvement will result in:
- Faster order processing
- Improved inventory accuracy
- A more reliable shipping experience

Shipping & Delivery Estimates
At this time, the estimated arrival for incoming stock is mid-April. While we are optimistic that shipments may arrive sooner, international shipping and customs clearance can occasionally introduce delays.
