Six Ezra Bridger designs across two eras
The Kid Who Refused to Lose
Born on Empire Day — the very date the Empire declared itself — Ezra Bridger grew up an orphan on Lothal after his parents were imprisoned for speaking out against Imperial rule. He survived on instinct and nerve, running cons and staying one step ahead of the authorities from a derelict comm tower on the edge of the city. He was Force-sensitive, though for years nobody — including Ezra — knew it.
Getting caught up in a weapons heist changed everything. One encounter with the Ghost crew — and a last-minute rescue of enslaved Wookiees — pulled Ezra out of his solitary existence on Lothal and into something far larger than himself. Kanan Jarrus recognised what Ezra had never been told: that the Force ran through him. Training began, rough and unorthodox, and a street kid with nothing became a Jedi Padawan and a Spectre.
From Padawan to revolutionary, Ezra grew into a leader the rebellion hadn't planned for. Five of the six designs here trace that arc through the Reign of the Empire — the years with the Spectres, the fight for Lothal, the sabers that carried him through it — while a sixth marks his return in Ahsoka, emerging from the far side of hyperspace to find the world he'd saved still standing.
He vanished into hyperspace to save his world — and the galaxy is still catching up.
Which Ezra Bridger lightsaber should I buy?
Three designs — the V2, 3rd Lightsaber, and Ancient Crossguard — carry Xenopixel V3 or RGB-X; Proffie 2.2 appears on the 2nd Lightsaber and the Ahsoka-era Ezra 3rd Lightsaber.
Which hilt is which
The first saber — a silver straight hilt from the early Rebels era — is the design Ezra carried through his first season with the Spectres. The V2 and 3rd Lightsaber designs both appear later in Star Wars Rebels, the crossguard being the Ancient design Ezra wields in the series. The sixth design, the silver straight hilt labelled Ezra 3rd Lightsaber, is the one he carries when he returns in Ahsoka.
Which Saber Core
Saber Core tier shapes the experience as much as the hilt design. S-RGB and RGB-X are the baselit, heavy-duelling choices — built for punishment, priced for it too. Xenopixel V3 and SNV4 PRO light the full blade, adding smooth swing and rich colour blending for display and light duelling. Proffie 2.2 sits at the top: a Neopixel blade with a fully open-source core, ready for whatever sound fonts and profiles you want to load onto it.
Which suits you
Baselit suits the duellist — RGB-X on the Ezra Bridger 3rd Lightsaber or Ezra Bridger Ancient Crossguard Lightsaber takes real hits. Xenopixel V3 or SNV4 PRO is the cosplay and display tier, full-blade lighting with smooth swing across most designs. Proffie 2.2, available on the Ezra 3rd Lightsaber and Ezra Bridger 2nd Lightsaber, is for the programmer who wants total control over every sound font and profile.
