Three Sabine Wren designs across two eras
The Mandalorian Who Painted the Rebellion
Born into Clan Wren on the ice world of Krownest, Sabine grew up where Mandalorian warrior culture and creative instinct were never in conflict. She forged her own armour, painted it her way, and carried both disciplines into the Imperial Academy — a cadet who saw the Empire as order, and order as something she could work within.
The guilt of it shaped everything that followed. The weapons she built at the Imperial Academy were designed, she believed, to protect — instead they were turned on her own family, her own people. Branded a traitor by the Empire and by her mother, Sabine left with nothing but the choices that had led there, and found her footing not in allegiance to any institution, but in the harder work of deciding, for herself, what she stood for.
She found her footing with the Spectres, and stayed. The years with the Ghost crew — running missions against the Empire, painting the starbird that became the rebel symbol — rebuilt what the Academy had cost her. From those Star Wars Rebels years through her appearance in Ahsoka, the three designs in this collection trace that arc: from the Rebellion's earliest days to her time as Ahsoka Tano's apprentice in the New Republic.
Warrior before the Force ever claimed her — Sabine Wren's rebellion was always her own.
Which Sabine Wren lightsaber should I buy?
Designs span Sabine's Rebellion years and her New Republic apprenticeship, with Saber Core options running from baselit duelling builds through to fully programmable Neopixel — suiting first-time buyers and serious collectors alike.
Which hilt is which
The Sabine Wren Lightsaber — silver or black hilt — is her Star Wars Rebels design, carried with the Spectres during the Rebellion. The Sabine Wren Weathered Lightsaber shares that era but wears a weathered or black finish, battle-worn from the same years. The Weathered Sabine Wren Lightsaber — weathered hilt — is her Ahsoka design, from her New Republic apprenticeship.
Which Saber Core
Baselit cores — RGB-X — are the heavy-duelling choice across two designs, built for repeated contact without compromise. Xenopixel V3 lights the full blade, adds smooth swing, and suits light duelling or display. The Weathered Sabine Wren Lightsaber steps up further, available in SNV4 PRO or Proffie 2.2 — the latter fully programmable for collectors who want total control over every sound font and effect.
Which suits you
Reign of the Empire designs suit duelists hardest — Baselit RGB-X cores handle heavy contact across both. Xenopixel V3 covers display and light duelling beautifully, while the New Republic Weathered design in Proffie 2.2 is built for the collector who wants every detail programmable.
