The New Republic era is a study in contrasts — functional, worn, and quietly desperate. Hilts from this period carry the scars of a galaxy still finding its footing after decades of Imperial rule. You see it in the materials: reclaimed alloys, utilitarian grips, asymmetric geometries born from urgency rather than ceremony. Baylan Skoll’s broadsword silhouette reads like a relic repurposed, heavy with the weight of a Jedi Order that no longer exists. Ezra Bridger’s third hilt — compact, telescoping, almost improvised — tells you everything about a man who had to survive on instinct alone. These are not the elegant curves of the High Republic or the aggressive angles of the Imperial war machine; they are something harder to categorise and, for that reason, far more interesting to hold.

Choosing within the era.
Which characters carry the most choice
If you're choosing a lightsaber from the New Republic Era, start with the two figures who give you the most to choose from. The Mandalorian offers the widest spread of any figure in this era — Mando hilts in silver, grey and black, a V2 in silver and gold, and the Darksaber in its standard form or as an SE with a round blade — while Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati from Ahsoka each give you a choice between their hilt and a weathered version of it.
The hilt shapes this era gave the catalogue
This era's catalogue leans on silhouettes built for life after the war rather than Jedi-issue steel. The Darksaber carries its flat black blade, Baylan Skoll's hilt is long and built for two hands, Marrok's hilt carries two blades, and several designs across the era come in weathered finishes that mark them out as worn, post-war hardware.
Display or duel
Every hilt in the New Republic Era comes as a Neopixel build — SNV4 PRO, Proffie 2.2 or Xenopixel V3 — lit along the blade for display and light duelling. Most designs also come as a baselit build in S-RGB or RGB-X, made for heavier contact, and the Saber Core guide explains the cores in full for anyone weighing one against the other.

Legends is a continuity, not a period. These hilts come from stories told outside the timeline above, so there is no era to slot them into and no date range to give them. They are here because the blades are real, not because they fit the chronology.
