The Prequel era is the Jedi Order at its most decorated. Hilts from this stretch of the timeline carry as much ceremony as combat — ribbed emitter shrouds, exposed activation boxes, chrome-and-black bodies that read as parade dress. It is the only period where a lightsaber was a badge of office rather than a secret, and the hardware shows it.

Which characters carry the most choice
Darth Maul's double-bladed lightsaber has the deepest run of any hilt in this era, offered in standard, silver and black finishes, alongside double-bladed hilts that pair Maul with Asajj Ventress, one of them weathered for a harder, battle-worn look. Obi-Wan Kenobi's hilts follow him across the whole trilogy: his earliest hilt from Episode I, his later Episode III piece offered in weathered and V2 form, and a special edition version. Anakin Skywalker's hilts trace a similar arc, from his Episode II version through his Episode III and Episode III SE hilts, ending with a silver Episode III variant that leaves its crystal exposed.
The hilt shapes this era gave the catalogue
Three silhouettes define the Prequel era's contribution to the catalogue. Double-bladed staffs are its signature shape, carried by Darth Maul and by the Jedi Temple Guards' pikes. Curved hilts belong to Count Dooku and Asajj Ventress, whose own curved hilts join to form a double-bladed weapon. Short shoto blades complete the set, appearing on Ahsoka Tano's and Yoda's hilts.
Display or duel
Every hilt in this era comes as a Neopixel build — SNV4 PRO, Proffie 2.2 or Xenopixel V3 — with the blade lit along its full length, suited to display and to light duelling. Most are also offered as a baselit duelling build, in S-RGB or RGB-X, made for contact. Choosing between them comes down to how the saber will be used, and the Saber Core guide sets out what each core offers in full.

Legends is a continuity, not a period. These hilts come from stories told outside the timeline above, so there is no era to slot them into and no date range to give them. They are here because the blades are real, not because they fit the chronology.
